We Walk Because They Walk

Hey Family and Friends,

I am walking in the Allentown CROP Walk on October 12. 

CROP stands for Communities Responding to Overcome Poverty. CROP Walk is sponsored by the Church World Service organization. This event raises funds to help stop hunger here in our community and around the world, through self-help development initiatives. 25% of donations raised will stay in the Lehigh Valley area, helping the Conference Soup Kitchen and the Ecumenical Food Bank. The other 75% helps fight poverty around the globe. Church World Service is on the ground within 48 hours when a disaster strikes. They also teach developing countries skills needed to survive.
