I'm so happy for you both!! That is such great news. You're going to be great parents :)
I think that it would be so cool and absolutely amazing to go into labor not knowing what you're having.
But at the same time, it is definitely fun to know ahead of time and plan with clothes and bedding and such.
One of these times, I want to be surprised at the birth and wait, but I'll have to convince Travis because he can't stand to wait.
I think if you're both in agreement to wait, it could be one of the best and most exciting parts! It makes the day he/she arrives that much more special :)
Congratulations! I'm so excited for both of you. You will be awesome parents and I know this baby will be so loved! I never found out with all five of my children and I loved it that way. I am a person who loves surprises and I thought it was so neat to wait until they were born. The anticipation of wondering who that sweet little person will be, and then when they are born finding out. It was really a special event for us each time.
NO... leave something as a surprise. Anticipation and waiting are half the fun and half the battle to becoming parents. You get to dream about names right up to and and a little beyound the parent date!!!
